This is there busy season so please place your orders ASAP. 1.3g orders must be placed by June 7th and 1.4g orders must be placed by June 12Th.
As far as the swap meet goes feel free to set up a table or two and sell off some that sweet pyro product you have laying around. The swap meet is always a fun time with some pretty interesting items and good deals to be found. You MUST be a current HPAA member to set up a table. Guests of members may buy from any of the tables at the swap meet.
We are asking for volunteers for cleanup after the shoot. Please stay over to help clean up after the shoot if you can. If you cant stay late Just ask how you can help before you leave. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please indicate if you plan to help with cleanup when you RSVP on the form below.
We are asking for donations of firework related products for two different things. The first is a donation of 1.4g fireworks that will go to our generous hosts. This donation is how we say thank you for hosting us. Feel free to bring something from your stash, buy something at the swap meet, club auction, or even from RKM using the clubs great pricing to pitch in. The other thing is our clubs give a penny take a penny style auction. Bring any Pyro related products that you don’t want, are willing to part with, or don’t need anymore to donate. Any money raised from this auction directly benefits our club and you can get a good deal too! remember that fundraisers like this are a huge help when it comes to paying our clubs bills.
